Motherfund
An off-color television campaign for a financial brand that wanted to be remembered, not polite.
Motherfund needed a campaign that would stick in a category that usually sounds like a waiting room. PAGE took an alternative approach: cheeky spots, targeted placement, and a two-week run built to earn mindshare, not universal approval.
What we did
- Wrote and produced television that would alienate some viewers on purpose, then bought against the people it was for.
- Paired the creative with media placement tight enough that a short flight could still move traffic and leads.
- Treated complaints as a signal the work was landing, not as a reason to sand it down.
Commercial success.
Placement drove awareness and traffic spikes during a two-week run.
- Nearly ten times the amount of traffic
- Significantly stronger lead flow
- Greater brand awareness
